The apartment has an open-plan kitchen equipped with 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, opening onto a bright living area with a table and 5 chairs for your meals, as well as a large sofa, coffee table and TV stand.
The apartment has a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, as well as a second bedroom with an 80x200cm single bed and an 80x200cm single sofa bed with an extension for a third 80x200cm mattress. A shower room with WC completes this property.
Parking: free parking behind the building on the street.
