Superb apartment located on the second floor of a small building on the beach. Completely renovated in 2022 and equipped to sleep 8, it comprises a beautiful living room (sofa bed 140) with integrated kitchen opening onto a 25 m² terrace with full sea view, two bedrooms with 140 beds and a third with 2 90 beds, two shower rooms, two toilets and a parking space. Very bright, harmoniously decorated, quality furnishings.
Towels and sheets can be hired on request and paid for on site. Housekeeping optional at extra charge.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest to Montpellier (13 km, about 15 minutes' drive). It's a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you'll find a wide range of activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or in the harbor. Local markets are held 3 times a week in summer, and there's a craft market on the port every Wednesday.
The property: ideally located on the 1st line with a view, quick access to the beach. Twenty minutes' walk from the port and shops.
