We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, this charming apartment with sea view, in 300 meters of the beach, of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, a shower room and a terrace. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with a towel dryer and toilet.
On the mezzanine :
- Two double beds (140×190).
Outside :
- A terrace of about 5 m² with living room, facing south and sea view. Possibility to be protected from the wind with a curtain.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will benefit from a pedestrian path when leaving the residence which allows you to walk along the sea to Sion s/ l'Océan. You will be close to the beach which is at about 300m from the residence and to all the essential stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Take advantage of the beaches, water sports bases, water bodies and the marina in this privileged destination for the practice of water sports in all its forms: sea outing, surfing, paddle, canoeing, jet skiing... You will also enjoy many leisure activities: O'Gliss Park water park, bicycle rail, fishing, horse riding, golf and mini-golf...
Stroll on the cycle track which joins Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie to Sables d'Olonne thanks to the bicycles at your disposal.
Transportation :
- You can park directly in the garage of the apartment (medium-sized vehicle, maximum 4×4).
- From Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, take a boat to the island of Yeu with the Compagnie Vendéenne's maritime connections.
- Nearest train station : Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez at about 6 minutes.
- Nearest airport: Nantes at about 1h05.
