A 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with terrace all around the front, situated 200 meters from the beach and 1 minute walk from the marina. Close to all shops and restaurants.
It is found on the second floor of an elegant building, a few steps from the marina of Mogan .In the large living room we find a sofa , Lcd Tv. and an open plan modern kitchen.

Puerto de Mogán is an area with a marine tradition which because of its unique setting and natural beauty, has evolved into one of the most beautiful urban settlements of the Canary Islands. For those interested in culture, a walk thorough the streets of the centre is recommended, to see the church of Saint Anthony (Iglesia de San Antonio), built inThe church includes a beautiful wooden carving and statues of Saint Anthony of Padua and the Immaculate Conception.
