Very quiet, clean accommodation. Local shops 100 m from the rental, which is very convenient (baker, restaurants and carrefour express) and beach about 400 m away. negative points: microscopic bathroom and leaky shower. very efficient air-conditioning downstairs, but the cold doesn't go up to the mezzanine, because there's only one split air-conditioning unit in the apartment, which isn't great for sleeping. the residence doesn't have an elevator, and since it's on the 3rd floor, it's a real hassle... and as for the garage, good luck parking! the spaces are tiny.
