Maison individuelle et clôturée avec portail électrique, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Joli extérieur avec piscine privée (8 m x 3.50 m ) et vue superbe sur la mer et la réserve naturelle de Granadella. La maison est à proximité de la magnifique plage de cala Moraig (5 minutes en voiture) et promenade à pied, promenade à cheval dans la réserve, tennis, restaurants, petit supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied
La villa est toute équipée avec grand confort (5 chambres, et 2 salles de bains), cuisine équipée, espace buanderie avec lave linge, salon et table de jardin, transats, pour l'extérieur. Grand espace extérieur. -
