The house is divided into two areas: first floor with 3 double bedrooms, hallway with sofa bed, dining room, large kitchen with rear balcony. Two bathrooms are available on this floor, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The staircase leads to the attic, where there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. On this floor there is a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, fridge, oven and hob for those wishing to take advantage of the large terrace for outdoor lunches and dinners, with the possibility of also using the barbecue.
