We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Paris in the 14th district, this charming flat of a surface of approximately 58 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Living space :
- A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining table.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190) with an adjoining shower room and WC.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A balcony of about 4.5 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
