In a 1st-floor residence with direct access to Eyrac beach (very wide, fine-sand beach), equipped with a pedestrian and bicycle boardwalk leading on one side to Arcachon town center and on the other to the Arcachon marina;
On the 3rd floor of the residence (with elevator), spacious T3 apartment with 85 m² of living space opening onto two terraces, one facing the beach and the Bassin & the other facing south, and comprising :
Entrance - 42 m² living room (2 sofas, flat-screen TV, wifi) opening onto a 13 m² terrace facing the Bassin (table and chairs), separate fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, induction hob and hood, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle.. washing machine), hallway with 2 cupboards leading to a bathroom, wc, bedroom n°1 (cupboard, 3 beds 90cms including on mezzanine) on south-facing terrace (sun blinds, 2 sun loungers), bedroom n°2 on south-facing terrace (small cupboard, bed 160cms) with private shower room.
The residence is on the 2nd line of the street, in a quiet location with direct access to the beach and promenade, elevator, garbage room, bike room (space available not guaranteed)...
Two private, secure parking spaces are also available.
Linen not provided, can be rented through the agency, e.g. 1 pack of sheets and towels 42€ per week.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
