In Concarneau, we offer you this charming 51 m² apartment with sea view, 300 meters from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 meters from the apartment.
