We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Michel-Chef, this charming apartment with a splendid sea view, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 24 m² with a living room (double sofa bed and TV), a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with : combined oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single bunk beds and a storage space.
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.
- A cellar with a washing machine.
Outside :
- A west facing balcony to enjoy the beautiful days and sunsets.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market,...
Activities :
This pied-à-terre is ideally located in the seaside resort of Tharon-Plage. On the beach front, in the immediate vicinity of the Grande Plage de Tharon, you will also be close to the other beaches of the region: beaches of Préfailles, beaches of Pornic...
Not far from Guérande, go for a walk in the Natural Park of Brière or cross its famous salt marshes, in La Baule, visit the Aeronautics Museum and the Tropicarium in La Baule or go for an exotic moment at the Planète Sauvage park!
Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly on the private parking lot reserved in front of the apartment.
- Bus Lila Network - Line 3 (direction Nantes) and Line 15 (direction St Nazaire or Préfailles).
- Pornic train station located at 9,4 kms (12 minutes by car).
- Nantes Atlantique airport located at 54.2 km (46 minutes by car).

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
