Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the countryside, the resort and the forest. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Maçanet de la Selva, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 700 m from the edge of the forest, 18 km from the sea, 18 km from the beach. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (swing), roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km. Nearby attractions: Lloret de mar 18 km, Waterworld 17 km, Girona 30 km, Marinland 20 m, Barcelona 80 km. Hiking paths: Maçanet de la Selva 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
