Spacious, bright and tastefully furnished apartment. Located on the 3rd floor of a residence without elevator, it comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a pleasant, tastefully decorated living room with a 140cm sofa bed opening onto a balcony with unobstructed views. The apartment has a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 140cm double bed for 2 people.

Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
