Casa Valentina is a lovely semi-detached house in a residential area in Massa e Cozzile, free on three sides, with a panoramic view of the Pistoia hills. The house consists of a main body and an outbuilding and is on two floors.
The private swimming pool ( 12 x 5 x 1,80 m) with deck chairs and umbrellas, the large outdoor area, and the patio furnished with table and chairs enrich the property offering an ideal solution for vacations in Tuscany.
The villa is suitable for families with children who can enjoy playing bocce, table tennis or archery.
Outdoor barbecue and oven available for grilling and outdoor meals.
Table soccer, bocce ball with bowling alley, outdoor swimming pool with outdoor furniture: sofas and sunbeds, umbrella.
Pets allowed.
The property is located in a residential area and therefore unfortunately we cannot accept groups of young people.
From Massa e Cozzile you can visit Lucca (about 35 min by car), Garfagnana (about 45 min by car), Pisa (1 hour by car), or spend a day at the beach in Versilia (1 hour by car).
The property consists of two properties, the main house and the barn, which are on several levels.
The manor house is on two levels, on the ground floor dining room with a view, kitchen (complete with dishwasher, stove, kettle, toster, nespresso, refrigerator), TV corner, billiard room, one bedroom on the ground floor with double sofa bed, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower. Second floor master bedroom with bathroom with shower, single bedroom with bathroom with shower.
