Pleasant house located 600 m from the corniche and the beach in the commune of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in a quiet condominium in a green setting. Come and enjoy with family and friends the various activities on offer on the site (collective swimming pool open and heated from mid-June to mid-September, tennis courts, pétanque, children's play areas).
Just a 10-minute walk from Plage de la Parée, the condominium also boasts a small shopping center with a bakery, butcher, delicatessen, crêperie and pizzeria/snack bar.
The house comprises a living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen and a separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find 1 bedroom with cupboard and 1 double bed (140cm), a 2nd bedroom with cupboard and 2 twin single beds and 1 bunk bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and TV.
A south-facing terrace awaits you (tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue) with awning and shed with 2 bicycles at your disposal, and on the other side direct access to a large green space. Private parking space.
