About this space:
Our Villa 'Punta des Port' is a spacious, light-flooded house with exceptional facilities, located in a residential area of Portopetro, near the sea. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, distributed over 2 floors. It has central heating in all rooms and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Wifi and a small desk in one of the bedrooms make it ideal for remote workers.
50 m away from the house there is access to the sea to get a refreshing bath. Also, 600 m away you will find a sandy beach.
The accommodation:
When you enter the main door, you first see a spacious entrance hall. To the right, there is a large living room with a big dining área. It is almost a pity that you will probably give preference to the large dining table outside on the terrace. Connected to the dining area there are a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and a laundry room. Also on the ground floor, you will find two of the four bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom and a guest toilet.
Upstairs, on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious dressing room. There are also large terraces with sea views.
The wifi installation and the presence of a small desk in one of the bedrooms make the villa ideal for remote workers.
Located on a plot that provides a lot of intimacy from streetwalkers, this house offers several partially covered terraces with plenty of outdoor seating. Equipped with an exceptional barbeque, you can delight your family and friends in a chilled dinner outside.
A lawn invites you to sunbathe and the spacious pool to refresh yourself. There is a porch with a table tennis table and a place to store bicycles.
The villa is only a few steps from access to the sea and about 600 meters from a sandy beach.
