This charming apartment is an excellent base for a vacation on the Costa del Sol. Situated in a very central location in the community of Puerto Alto, just a short walk from the marina, Estepona's most famous beach, "Playa del Cristo", the promenade and local supermarkets.

Puerto Alto is a gated and secure community with 2 large swimming pools (opening times may vary according to season) and private parking beneath the apartment. Surrounded by the main tourist attractions and close to restaurants, tapas bars, stores and supermarkets, all without the need for a car. Estepona's beautiful old town, with its flower-filled squares, narrow streets, small boutiques and whitewashed houses, is just a short stroll away. The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
With easy access to the AP-7 freeway and the A-7 coastal road, the seaside town of Estepona offers an unrivalled range of outdoor family activities, including horse riding, paddle tennis, tennis, golf, water sports, go-karting and buggy excursions. Marbella is around 25 minutes away by car and Tarifa, Europe's famous windsurfing capital, is around an hour away.
