This contemporary-style apartment is available for short-term rental. Located in the highly sought-after community of Puerto Alto and next to the port of Estepona. Moments with all the amenities of the town, the pretty marina and the tranquil beaches of Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo.

Puerto Alto's secure, gated residential urbanization boasts tropical gardens and 2 good-sized outdoor pools with sunbathing areas and umbrellas (opening hours may vary according to season). Nearby is the magnificent palm-fringed seafront promenade, dotted with fantastic fish restaurants. Just a few steps away are all the essential amenities: stores, international restaurants with English menus, supermarkets, banks and medical centers. The old town, with its picturesque Spanish-style squares and tapas bars, is a pleasant, short stroll along the boulevard.
The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
Estepona is a charming seaside resort with many outdoor activities nearby; golf, cycling, go-karting, horse riding, tennis, water sports and museums. Just a few minutes from the A-7 coastal road and the AP-7 freeway. A short drive to Selwo Aventura, a fun outdoor animal park with zebras and lions, Puerto de La Duquesa, Puerto Banus and Marbella.
