Just minutes from a number of popular restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and Estepona's finest beaches, renowned for their cleanliness, safety and water quality. An easy stroll to the magnificent old town with its colorful hanging baskets and winding cobbled streets. Puerto Alto is in a quiet location but close to all the necessary amenities. Puerto Banus, with its luxurious marina and nightlife, is a 20-minute drive away, and Marbella is around 25 minutes.
The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
