Very bright and airy, this south-facing apartment is comfortably furnished and available for short-term rental. Located on the second floor and in the peaceful development of Puerto Alto, just a few steps from the port of Estepona. The well-maintained community offers 2 outdoor swimming pools (opening times may vary according to season), sunbathing areas and Mediterranean-style gardens.
The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
Quiet and spacious, the apartment has an open-plan living and dining room with sofa and dining table. There's a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee maker. The two bedrooms are good-sized, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and a lovely terrace with a large outdoor dining table and two sun loungers. Extras include air conditioning, linen and towels and wifi.
Puerto Alto is located in one of Estepona's best neighborhoods, in an area surrounded by all the advantages of the city center, close to tourist sites, the port, the promenade, restaurants, stores, clean beaches, all without the need for a car. The historic district, with its colorful hanging baskets and Spanish-style squares with fountains, is just a few steps along the boulevard.
With easy access to the A-7 coastal road and the AP-7 freeway, the seaside resort of Estepona offers an unrivalled range of outdoor activities; paddle, horse riding, tennis, cycling, golf, water sports and go-karting. Puerto Banus, with its lively nightlife, is less than 20 minutes away by car, and Puerto de la Duquesa is around 15 minutes.
