This elegant, modern home offers a magnificent terrace, with beautiful patio furniture to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of the Costa del Sol and includes an entrance hall, living room and dining room with a very comfortable sofa and table that seats 4. The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
