The south-facing penthouse features a very spacious and tastefully decorated living room with 1 sofa, a 6-seat dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
