We offer, in Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment with a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). You can also enjoy a private terrace and a shared garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with two sofa beds (90x190), TV and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190) with a cupboard.
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed.
- Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, WC.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
