Beautiful seaside apartment ideal for your beach vacations. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, air conditioning, a fully-equipped renovated kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room with double sofa bed and access to a large terrace area with beautiful views of the main beach and gardens.
In the surrounding area, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator.
Pets are not allowed.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern urban seaside resort on the Costa Dorada, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, but not only.
In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, located just a few meters from the seafront, has several pools to try out, a wide range of gastronomic offerings and a golf course.
The Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that young and old alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other quality activities.

Pets are not allowed
1st. We are available to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Extra charge for towels 4€/person.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.9º Wiffi is optional (5€ per day).
