Situated in the heart of a peaceful neighborhood near the north lake and Biscarrosse town, come and discover this exceptional house with contemporary lines that can accommodate 10 to 14 people. The house features a spacious, fully-equipped living room (63m²). A sublime open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen. The house has four beautiful bedrooms (a large master suite of 42m² with a 160cm bed, its own shower room, WC and large dressing room with a sofa bed, as well as a 90x3cm bunk bed, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed and storage space, a third bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage space, and a fourth bedroom with three 90cm beds and storage space). An additional bathroom and shower room complete the house's outstanding features. Two separate WCs. Outside, you'll find an outdoor kitchen for preparing meals with friends or family (the barbecue is not available, but a large electric plancha is at your disposal), a 25m² south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool, which is open and heated from June to September, and a large 2785m² plot of land with table soccer and boules pitch. Several parking spaces are available on the property. Parties are strictly forbidden.
