Close to Tanchet beach, 20 m from the beach, exceptional sea view and very pleasant living environment for this 43 m2 T2 apartment on the 7th floor of a residence with elevator: entrance with closet, living room with sofa bed 160x200 and large 7 m2 balcony, fully-equipped open kitchen (hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob), bedroom: wardrobe bed 160x200 (washing machine dryer in closet), shower room, separate toilet. Baby equipment (cot, mattress, booster seat). Near thalassotherapy, ocean sports institute, shops in the Presidents district, Arago market. To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank cheque and €60.00 cleaning deposit.
