A charming, quiet painter's house with large garden, private pool and magnificent views. Located in the land of Don Quixote de la Mancha, 1h from Alicante airport and approx. 1H30 from Valencia, surrounded by olive groves and hills, 10 minutes' walk from all amenities in the town of Caudete.
Very close to three provinces: Murcia, with the possibility of enjoying the wine route (Jumilla, Yecla and Bullas.
Alicante: with the castles route (Petrer, Villena, Sax, Castalla and Novelda).
Albacete: Pantano de Almansa, Castillo, Town Hall S. XVI TOWN HALL.
Proximity to beaches: 45 minutes.
The home of a painter and his muse...
With a capacity of 5 to 6 people, this house has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190), a large bright living/dining room with open kitchen, equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom WC has been refurbished with a walk-in shower. The typical Spanish summer kitchen (formerly the painter's studio), with its built-in barbecue, is ideal for preparing large-scale paella dishes. You'll also find another fridge to keep drinks cool, a washing machine and a cupboard with additional crockery. You can enjoy dining on the terrace, equipped with a dining table and benches.
The large garden is home to fruit trees, almond trees, olive trees and a few vines, and you'll also find the large, raised swimming pool, newly renovated in mosaic incorporating an American beach that offers unforgettable sunsets and views of the olive groves and mountains.
The house and garden (apart from the pool) are accessible to people with reduced mobility, there are ramps at the entrance, the house is on one level and we have widened the bathroom door for wheelchair access.
The house is equipped with WiFI. Air conditioning is installed in 2 bedrooms and the living room. Exterior lighting is automatically controlled via the app.
Peace and quiet are guaranteed in this lovely setting. The mountain is accessible for walks and hikes, with views of the whole region from above! A day's paragliding can be arranged on request.
The climate in this part of Spain is particularly mild in winter, and the proximity of the mountains in summer means that there's always a pleasant breeze by the pool even when temperatures rise.
