Fouras, very nice renovation in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the town center and the beach, single-storey apartment for 4 people + one child, comprising a living room with fitted kitchen, a shower room, WC, and 2 bedrooms + mezzanine. Kitchen equipment: fridge + freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hood, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner... Sleeping accommodation: 2 beds (140cm) and an extra bed (90cm), umbrella bed (60x120cm). Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, parasols, barbecue. Paved, enclosed courtyard. Surface area: 60 m². NEARBY: 300 m from town center and shops, 500 m from one of 5 sandy beaches. Rochefort spa 15 min away. A 500 € security deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €100. Pet 30 € per stay + deposit 100 €. The rental is agreed for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
