Superb, bright and spacious apartment, tastefully furnished, ideal for a successful beach vacation. Located on the 4th and top floor of a residence close to shops and the ocean, it comprises an entrance hall, a pleasant, tastefully decorated living room opening onto a dining room, a separate, well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (140cm).
Free collective parking at the bottom of the building.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided.
To be paid before your arrival: accommodation deposit by credit card only via the secure SWIKLY link and tourist tax by credit card.
Optional services to be arranged before arrival:

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to look after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2800 m² of pools.
