I request reimbursement of cleaning costs deducted from the deposit: I have pre-paid for cleaning. I don't have to pay any cleaning costs. What's more, when we arrived the cleaning hadn't been done: it was very dirty, shower, sink, fridge. Noisy building. Please reimburse me for the cleaning costs deducted from my deposit.
