Located in Italy’s beautiful village of Castelfranco, this two-level apartment has an antique charm to welcome and comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. With the private garden and outdoor dining arrangements, families can enjoy those alfresco meals in the sun. Inside, the ancient elegance and traditional architecture create warm, inviting interiors. This holiday rental is spread over two floors where the ground floor has a living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen with a cosy fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials like a cooker hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, rounding up a carefree holiday.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with classic wooden furniture and a well-furnished bathroom offering a restful stay to the guests. The holiday apartment offers a wonderful location for a rich Tuscan experience where Castelfranco di Sopra is a mere 6-minute walk to soak in splendid panoramic views of the canyons. For nature enthusiasts, there are many parks like Le Blaze del Valdarno and Sentiero dell’Acqua Zolfina, under an 8-minute drive, for walking, hiking and cycling. The Area Naturale Le Balze is also just an 8-minute drive away from the apartment. There are paths that start at the end of the village, a 4-minute walk from the house. Within a 20-minute drive, guests can visit nearby historical and art museums such as the Masaccio Museum and the Venturino Venturi Museum.
Meanwhile, for easy day trips, guests can drive to nearby towns like Greve in Chianti and Arezzo, about 40 minutes away. The centre of Florence is nearly an hour’s drive where guests can explore its famous monuments and museums. It is more convenient to drive for 12 minutes to take a train from Figline Valdarno station to Santa Maria Novella station in Florence. For your convenience, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are a short 5-minute walk from the apartment. The nearest airport, Amerigo Vespucci Airport, is approximately 50 minutes drive away. A damage deposit of 1500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
