Right in the heart of the old town, 100m from all amenities and 300m from the beaches, you'll have the entire property at your disposal: a typical Andalusian house with a refreshing patio and roof terrace offering breathtaking views of the mountains and sea.
On 3 levels (first floor + 2 upper floors), you'll have all the comforts and shops you need to make the most of your stay. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6.
Situated between the San Miguel district and the town hall square, this typically Andalusian house is ideally located right in the heart of the historic center. Just a stone's throw from squares, restaurants, tapas bars and small shops, and 300 meters from the first beaches. It's all within easy walking distance.
The area is calm, the street is free of traffic and the panoramic view of the mountains (with the sea in sight) is sure to take your breath away. Bright and airy, the sun bathes the house from patio to terrace!
The house is on three levels, with a first floor living room, shower room, patio and kitchen. A staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have 90*200 beds that can be made up to 180*200 like hotel bedding. (Both rooms have built-in closets).
Another staircase leads to the third bedroom and terrace. This last room offers two 90*200 beds; one on a raised platform and the other as a single bed.
The terrace is double, with a sitting area and a dining area. You can enjoy the plancha while taking in the view!
The accommodation is equipped with fiber Internet, although 4G/5G is available throughout. A 4K Smart-TV with a 'Chromecast 4K': access to Netflix, Prime Video, Eurosport Player (Android TV), Molotov TV, Tivify, etc.
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels will be provided, as well as soap and shampoo. A washing machine will be available, with all you need to wash technical clothing.
A "sports" cupboard with a beach volleyball, beach rackets, beach towels, 1 parasol and yoga mats. Padel option: court rental + 4 paddle rackets (and balls), please consult us.
With 1 mini-supermarket 40m away, another 70m away...and all the other food shops just a short distance away, you'll have everything you need for your daily shopping. The local cost of living is cheap, even in the smallest shops.
The town is full of bars and eateries, most of them authentic and inexpensive. You'll want to spend hours on a terrace eating tapas served free with your drink... and get a taste of the Andalusian way of life.
