Outside, you'll find a terrace and private enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs.On site: barbecue, ping-pong table, badminton, soccer goal. Private, secure parking. To make the most of your stay, bed linen is provided, utilities are included (subject to good family behavior) and end-of-day cleaning is extra. In Mailly le Camp (5 kms), you'll find all amenities: restaurant, newsagent, car garage, chemist, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, ... Le Gite du Cerf is ideally located between Troyes and Reims, ?pernay, Chalons en Champagne, in a small, peaceful village, about 10 minutes from the A 26 freeway. Estelle and J?r?me have renovated this house for get-togethers with friends or family, set in nearly a hectare of grounds. You'll enjoy the park with its fruit trees, bordered by the L'huitrelle river.
