We offer, in Draguignan, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds

On the first floor:
- A master bedroom with double bed (140×190), dressing room, adjoining shower room with Italian shower, toilet and balcony.

- A (private, unheated) 8x4m fully fenced swimming pool open from June to end of September. The opening dates are non-contractual.
- A beautiful garden of 4 000 m².
- An outside terrace of 50 m² and a covered terrace of about 15 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days
- A veranda of 11 m².
The house is ideally located in Draguignan in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes by car from the city centre of Draguignan and Lorgues. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- The sea is about 40 minutes away by car
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 7 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur, about 1h05 by car
