We offer, in Paray-Vieille-Poste, this charming house of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 30 m² composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a fireplace (wood provided without extra charge), and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2/3/4 : a single bed with desk and storage.
- 1 games room.
- 1 shower room with WC.
- 1 large bathroom.
- A separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of 400 m² + a terrace (facing South and East) with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house is ideally located in Paray-Vieille-Poste, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Proximity of the edges of the Seine, and of the national forest of Sénart ( 30 minutes by car).
Activities :
A walk is located at 50 m from the house. Presence of a track of VTT. The municipal park is very pleasant with a sports course, 2 big playgrounds, a tyrolean and a mini-farm...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house (1 place available), but also in the street.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Juvisy-sur-Orge (14 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Paris Orly (10 minutes by car).
- 5 mins by car from the T7 tramway (serves the airport and Paris).

- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
