Lovely T2 apartment in a quiet residence, near a large wooded park and close to the lake
Discover the city center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment sleeps 2, on the 1st floor with elevator. There's a market just 200m away every Wednesday morning, as well as numerous local shops.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine...
The bedroom has a 160x200 bed. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
There's a market 200 m away every Wednesday morning, as well as many local shops.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away, and the Impérial beach 10 minutes. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening. To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
