Sleeping facilities: 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc. Other equipment : Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer,.... Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the rental. Surface area : 83 m². NEARBY: Located 200 m from the town center and all amenities, 200 m from one of the 5 sandy beaches... Rochefort spa 15 min away. Located 450 m from the south beach and the town center, 600 m from the Grande Plage and the Plage Nord. A 500 € deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: bed linen €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €150. The rental is for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
