THE RESIDENCE
The tourist residence "Le Domaine de Pont Aven" (pending 4* classification) is located in a residential area overlooking the charming town of Pont Aven, a 6-minute walk from the river Aven and the Musée des Beaux-Arts, in the heart of a vast park. Direct, private access (stone staircase) to the port and center of Pont Aven. The main beaches are within a 13 to 15 km radius, including the superb Port Manec'h beach at 11 km (with yacht club) and Tahiti beach at 12 km. The residence comprises a main building, "Le Manoir", housing the reception, heated indoor swimming pool with wheelchair access (elevator seat), sauna and whirlpool, air-conditioned studios and 2- and 3-room apartments for 2 to 4 people, and a hamlet of semi-detached houses for 6 people, built in a style inspired by Breton architecture. The residence also offers a breakfast area (to be reserved the day before).
THE STATION
Pont-Aven, near Concarneau, is an ideal destination for discovering the must-see sites of Finistère and Southern Brittany: Pont-Aven, the city of painters world-famous for the Ecole de Pont-Aven and the painters who made it famous (Gauguin, Emile Bernard, Paul Serusier), the city nestled on the banks of the Aven river, will seduce you with the charm of its streets, the richness of its artistic life and its culinary heritage with the famous butter cakes and flat oysters from the Bélon river. Pont-Aven continues this artistic tradition to this day, hosting a museum and some sixty galleries and artists' studios, to the delight of art and history lovers. Pont Aven and the surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities:
- The "De Concarneau à Pont-Aven" area offers hikers an incredible diversity of landscapes and atmospheres, from the superb GR 34 along the sea, to the banks of the Aven, oak forests and Breton moors,

THE ACCOMMODATIONS
The spacious apartments are fully equipped with a kitchenette featuring ceramic hob (2 for 2- to 4-person apartments, and 4 for 6-person apartments), dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle and coffee maker, and toaster. Television included. Bathrooms or shower rooms have hairdryers, separate WCs only for studio and 2-room apartments. All apartments (studio to 2-room) are air-conditioned. Free parking is available on the premises (one space per apartment). You'll also find plenty of crockery, comforters and pillows.
