Apartment for 4 people, completely refurbished and balcony with lake view
Discover the city center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This two-room apartment sleeps 4 on the 8th floor with elevator to the 7th. It has been completely refurbished and decorated by an interior designer.
The bedroom has a 160x200 bed, and the living room a large convertible sofa. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains, with its breathtaking view over the lake and the town of Annecy.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Piston coffee machine, raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The WC is separate.

Le Nid du Favre is a set of two apartments, a studio and a two-room apartment that can be booked together or separately, accommodating 6 people in total.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Préfecture or Bonlieu underground parking lots.
️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 / person / day.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
