Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from the ocean beaches and surf schools, this charming house welcomes you into its warm atmosphere, close to Biscarrosse Plage town center with its sandy-feet restaurants, summer stores and ice cream parlors. It comprises a lovely living room with a fitted dining area, opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher... A lounge/TV area with WIFI, a sofa bed with a real mattress offering two extra beds and plenty of light thanks to the large picture windows. A master suite with double bed, storage space and en-suite shower room. A corridor leads to a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, as well as a shower room and a room with a washing machine and separate toilet for added comfort. Outside, you'll enjoy two large terraces with outdoor furniture, an awning and a charcoal barbecue, so you can enjoy your meals and make the most of the fine weather. Several parking spaces are available on the property. You'll be able to park when you arrive, and if you wish, you can walk or cycle to everything you need to do during your stay, perfect for walking on the beach during sunset, discovering our cycle paths and other privileged places in our region.
