This 100m² manor house is ideally located in the heart of Capbreton town center, 100m from the pedestrian street, market, bars, cinema and restaurants, 5mn from the beaches and port. The ideal spot for a family vacation. On foot, by bike or with the free shuttle service, it's easy to forget the car during your stay. It comprises 3 bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and storage space, 2 shower rooms, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker).
The exterior of the house features a pleasant covered terrace and garden.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking, as is Wifi access.
