Private: property 3 ha. Garden furniture, barbecue. 1 km long narrow motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2 km, railway station 5 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 30 km.
