We exclusively offer this charming house near the village of Paradou! This lovely, tastefully renovated house is just a 5-minute walk from the small village of Paradou in the heart of the Alpilles.
The ground floor comprises a large living room with a lovely fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge, dining room, bedroom with shower room, WC and dressing room, upstairs 1 bedroom with shower room and WC and 1 bedroom with bathroom and WC.
The south-facing terrace features garden furniture and a dining area shaded by cane and vines, ideal for lunch and dinner with family or friends. The 8 x 3.5m swimming pool is alarmed and set in 1,300m² of wooded grounds, not forgetting the inevitable pétanque court!
Concierge service during your stay
Bed linen included, cleaning 250€ - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared with the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included in the price (6.19€ x number of adults + 18 years x number of nights) Deposit: 2,000€ to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
