In a quiet cul-de-sac just a stone's throw from the superb Logéo cove and its typical little port. On the first floor, this charming house comprises a 60m² living room for family and friends, a fully-equipped kitchen, a toilet, a master suite with a 160*200 bed, a shower room with toilet and an office.
Upstairs you'll find two sleeping areas, the first with a double bedroom (160*200) and a twin bedroom (80*200), a shower room with WC. The second has a double bedroom (160*200), a single bedroom (80*200) and a bathroom with WC. A mezzanine serves as a children's lounge/playroom and linen room. Outside, you can enjoy the house's large garden, with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Morbihan. Parking spaces available.
