Studio on the top floor of the residence with a panoramic view, ideal for both business and personal stays. The studio is located in a residence with swimming pool and gives access to the residence's communal parking lot.
Space
The studio is located in a luxury residence on the top floor of the building, the 12th floor, offering an unobstructed view of the residence's grounds.
In fact, the 4-hectare park is perfect for walks and swimming!
The unheated outdoor pool is open all year round, from 8am to 10pm.
There are deckchairs all around.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- small entrance with bathroom door on the right
- bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
- the living room has a TV, internet access and a dining table for up to 3 people.
- the kitchenette has 2 hotplates, a microwave and kitchen utensils.
- the 140x200 cm sofa bed can accommodate 2 people
- the terrace is ideal for enjoying a coffee!
The residence has shared parking. You can park there without any problem, but there is no assigned parking space.
Access
Tenants have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction
The apartment is managed by a professional company responsible for welcoming you on site on arrival and departure.
Arrivals are between 3pm and 7pm. Please let us know your exact arrival time at the latest the day before, so that we can arrange to meet you there.
If you wish to arrive outside this time slot, please contact us to let us know your preferred arrival time. We will do our best to find a solution.
Departures are at 10 a.m.
Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is residential, family-friendly and quiet. However, it is extremely close to the city center. The residence is on rue du Puy in Antibes. Just 10 minutes away, you'll find old Antibes with its pedestrian streets, typical restaurants, small artists' stores and the ramparts of the Vauban port.
Transit
The apartment is 6 minutes from the bus station and 10 minutes from the train station.
From the airport, it's a 30-minute drive to the apartment.
Notes
When you leave, you'll need to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before receiving the keys.
Cleaning is included in the rental and a linen kit will be provided on arrival for 2 people.
An average of 1 shower towel per person will also be provided on arrival.
Beach/pool towels are not included.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not permitted.
The swimming pool is outside and not heated for the whole residence. There is no lifeguard service.
The apartment is accessible by elevator.
The parking lot does not have an allocated space.
