This detached house is your new destination in the great outdoors. An ideal playground for young and old alike, you'll be seduced by the peacefulness of this gîte and the many activities on offer all year round. From hiking trails to rock-climbing, fishing and other leisure activities at Lac de Saint Clément, 14 km away, to La Loge des Gardes, a family leisure park and ski resort 13 km away.
In fine weather, relax and enjoy your meals in the garden furniture. Ground floor: Fitted kitchen, living room with cozy sitting area, laundry room, shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet. 1st floor: Take the stairs to the 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. Each with its own atmosphere, the choice is yours! A mezzanine room on the landing can accommodate 2 people with a comfortable pull-out bed. Separate toilet. GITE FEATURES: Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival, towels and tea towels included, end-of-stay cleaning provided.
Gas heating (€8 per day from 15/09 to 15/06). Charcoal barbecue. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
