On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with lounge and dining area, an equipped kitchen, and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, a double bedroom (bed 160x200cm), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm). The master beams (160cm high) have been highlighted to recall the cachet of the old weavings.) Outside, a private garden of almost 400 m? is at your disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, two terraces, small garage to store your bikes, parking space for 2 bikes/trailer. Bicycles can be rented on site from the owners, subject to availability (10?/day/bicycle). FOR ALL STAYS: bed linen, towels and household linen, heating & electricity (May to August). In addition: end-of-day swimming (40?) and heating & electricity (5? per day from January to April and from September to December). In the heart of the For?t d'Orient nature park, close to the V?lovoie river, and 20 minutes from the city of Troyes, come and spend the day in this recently renovated cottage. You'll appreciate the home-made decor and the owner's thoughtful attention to detail. A second g?te, just a few meters away, can accommodate up to 8 people, while maintaining your privacy. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland. Forest, vineyard, fishing on site. The owner offers wellness massages for adults and children (su?dois/Amma) at her home (10 minutes from the gite) by prior arrangement. A seated massage is included with every stay of at least one week.
