This magnificent villa with a private pool is located in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate 8 people. It is distributed over two independent floors and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. On this floor there are also two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with a separate shower. The location of the villa is quiet and very close to the center of Calpe and the sandy beach. The nearest beach and the center of Calpe are just 2.8 km away. The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away.
