With its 4,000m² garden, it's ideal for children, who can enjoy a trampoline in the garden, a small outdoor play house and a football pitch. Inside, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have a play corner with books and toys. You'll find plenty of facilities for your stay, including a pizza oven, a wood-burning cooker with fireplace, two dining tables, a sofa bed in the living room, clotheslines and a hairdryer. there is also underfloor heating. The first bedroom is a duplex room with a bunk bed downstairs with a cot and a double bed upstairs. There is a private courtyard that provides parking for several vehicles. The gr 39 hiking trail (nantes - saint malo) is located just behind the garden. There is a dioxide detector in the property. There is a bedroom a bit outside, you need to go out to access it. it's attached to the property, but access is from the outside.
