This gîte is attached to an unoccupied house. Raised first floor. You'll enter via the veranda where you'll find the living room with dining area, air-conditioned lounge (2 sofas, TV, Wifi) and kitchen (combi-freezer, microwave, 2 gas hobs and 2 induction hobs). You'll occupy 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and French windows opening onto a private terrace. After 3 steps, you'll reach 1 bedroom with 1 90x190 bed, then 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed. Bathroom with WC. Separate WC.
Baby equipment available on request (1 cot and 1 high chair). Unenclosed 6000m2 garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking in the gîte's enclosed courtyard or 10 m away in the public parking lot. Bicycles (adults and children) can also be provided.
Outdoor activities available (pétanque, etc.).
Price includes linen, bike hire, towels, bed linen, heating and electricity. In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, close to remarkable sites (La Roque Gageac, Sarlat, Montignac-Lascaux, Beynac, Domme...) and outdoor activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming, gabarre...) our gîte will welcome you in a green, peaceful setting. From the house, you can set off on signposted footpaths, discover the viewpoints, take advantage of the river and visit the nearby village.
